I dont quite get what your saying. You cant glue the pores shut so that hair grows not longer. You can stop hair from growing so quickly by use of particular chemical shampoos, serums, but you can stop it growing completely.
Sorry i couldnt help further, this may sound silly but buying a wig b/c it doesnt grow does it and then being bald, but that does sound a bit stupid.
