Use a primer first to even out your skin. It also helps your makeup last longer.
Then use a powder mineral makeup. Buff it over your face in small circles.
Liquid foundation tends to create that rough look at it is very thick. You want a thin layer of powder and mineral makeup doesn't clog your pores.
