Everytime after you wash your face, do a final rinse of cold water and pat your face dry. There are some minimizing creams and cleansers that Biore makes, I'm not sure how they work, but you could also give those a try if you haven't already.
actually i bought this stuff i really dont no the name of it. but it is actually pore minamizing stuff. i got it at krogers and kmart. ok its called neutrogena poor refining. there is three of them the toner, cleanser and cream they work really well!!! so thats what i suggest.
