Does makeup cover large pores? if so, whats a good drugstore brand to use?

i hate my pores and i have put a liquid foundation over them before but it looks bad, plus i have dry skin please help me!Does makeup cover large pores? if so, whats a good drugstore brand to use?
Makeup does not ';hide'; pores, but some types can make pores less obvious. Look for foundations which ';mattify'; the skin, meaning they help absorb oil and leave the skin looking smoother and less shiny. Mineral foundations are a good place to start, since they are not absorbed readily into the skin (so fewer breakouts), and some contain mica which helps reflect light against the skin as a way of hiding minimal flaws like larger pores, blemishes, and uneven areas of pigment. As long as you use a good moisturizer, powdered mineral foundations will not dry your skin out any more than liquid foundations. Neutrogena Mineral Sheers is a drugstore brand that is relatively inexpensive and one of my favorites for everyday.Does makeup cover large pores? if so, whats a good drugstore brand to use?
yes and maybelline dream matte mouse is wonderful!
~~~Avon has a really great Pore reducer Mask! also when you wash your face, do your final rinse with a cooler water,,that will help shrink pores. I love the liquid foundation that that Lorel' makes called Infallable, works wonders, it goes on so nice and it covers undereye circles and gives you that young dewy look without that supershiney greasy feeling or look!
What I use is Clinique's Pore Perfection...you rub it on underneath foundation and it visibly reduces pores and mattifies the skin. It really works, I use it on my cheeks and chin, and those areas look so much better!
if you get make-up in ur pores ull get pimples
foundation with silicone , eg cyclomethicone , dimethicone will usually has matting effect , which make pores looks less obvious, since you have dry skin , i wouldnt recommand a mousse foundation which usually makes the skin even drier, try a liquid foundation and where you have bigger pores , point the end of the brush towards the skin several time instead of brushing on , this will help the building up of foundation on pores
nope, makeup usually doesn't cove pores very well. Wash your face twice a day, and use a moisturizer. Then, if you need it, use foundation.
it's not so good for skin
