What does ';tightens pores'; mean?

I have very pores so i was wondering what this meant and i was just guessing it makes pores smaller sense it tightens it but since it has a lot of gunk inside i'm assuming, should i get a facial to get all the gunk out before having my pores tightened, so that the pores won't tighten with the gunk inside? Does this make sense? Thanks all

it makes your pores appear smaller. get a facial just because it feels good- any pore tightening product your using will draw the gunk out of your pores as it tightens. Calm down, stress is bad for your skin!What does ';tightens pores'; mean?
IT means that they try to make the pores in the skin smaller. This is supossed to stop pimples and other blemishes comming through. You should get a professional facial done, to have it done properly. No naked human eye can tell the size of pores. lol.
