What is the best way to clear blackheads on cheeks and minmize the pore size?

I want to know an effective way to clear blackheads on my cheeks~ I realized that there r tiny ingrown hairs too. How can i get rid of them for good? They are causing pimples on my face i guessed..

Beat white part of an egg. Add one teaspoon of honey and with a cotton swab, apply it on face. Keep it around half an hour and then scrub well and rinse with warm water.
