A loaf of bread has pores in it why?

The yeast used in the baking process makes a gas (don't remember exactly, but I think it maybe C02) and leaves those bubbles.A loaf of bread has pores in it why?
The holes are caused by CO2 gasses being released by the yeast as it consumes the sugar.A loaf of bread has pores in it why?
Yeast in the dough creat air spaces. When baked, the air spaces enlarge due to heat , but the air cannot go out because of the binding charecterestick of the dough. This results in pores in bread.
in the preparation of bread, we use yeast so thet bread must be puffy and taste.....

sugar as carbohydrate source is also added...

yeast as it contains enzyme calles as zymase, invertase undergoes catalytic action on sugar and releases carbon dioxide as byproduct..

this carbondioxide released in form of bubbles....

so we can pores in bread....
those are gas bubbles formed when the bread was rising.
It has pores because the baking soda inside is released as a gas creating the pores.
