opt for some products to use daily. morning and night. im loving cliniques range. just go to your local chemist and ask the receptionist, they should hook you up. lol, but you will need a face cleanser, toner and moisturiser.Why the large pores on the nose? Is there a way to minizie????
No, but you can help them stay clean by using dermabrassion products.

Why don't u try using Clinique instant pore minimizer....it works for me :)
You can try make up products like Clinique's Pore Minimizer or Almay's. Clay masks, such as Queen Helene's Mint Julip mask or the asprin mask (mix 3-5 asprin w/minimal water) also seem to help a bit with mine.
