A suggestion, even in the shower, I've heard and adapted this method to prevent body sweat:


After a nice warm/hot shower (especially to your arm pits), rinse with cold water, as cold as you can take it, especially on your arm pits. Steam which i just did. To do it homemade, get a large pot, boil water. Take off the stovetop, put a towel over your head and let the steam in your face. Cold water restricts pores. It is steam.
