Here in the USA we are about to go into our spring and summer growing season. The gardening centers and nurseries are starting to open up. You will be able to buy seed packets at these shops. You will also be able to buy them at grocery stores and places such as Home Depot, Lowes, K-Mart, and etc.Is there any florists in s'pore where i can buy different types of seeds?
Florists don't usually sell seeds. Try your local garden centre or department store with an outdoor area.
