Sweat comes out thru pores, so it's good, keeps them open. So, never use an anti-perspirant, deodorant yes, but nothing which 'stops' you sweating, it's healthy. just drink plenthy of fluids.
no sweat isnt bad its just access water comin out ......
you should drink more water so that sweat comes outta ur body this helps get rid of oily skin and prevents pimples ... i had lotta pimples be4 n tried lot of cream none of them worked my mom told me to drink water n i litraly had clear skin in 3 days

its important to sweat and its also important to clean your face...
yes it is good for ur pores coz its helps you remove waste from ur body. but u need to wash after sweating to get the pores fresh n clean again!
